More than 30 years innovating
In July 1996 Capt. Marcelino Tuero Zorrilla founded PROPERMAR® as the first Crew Manager Company in Mexico. Aiming to offer "Maritime Crew Services for the shipping and port industry." Since its inception, over more than two decades ago, PROPERMAR® has stood out for its dedication to the professional growth of its seafarers, forming them as Deck & Engine Cadets to Masters and Chief Engineers, also promoting the best Ratings we could offer.
